This Privacy Policy describes how Richmond Montessori School ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information through this website. It applies to richmondmontessorischool.ca and to contact and tour requests submitted through the site. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to, including waiting-list forms hosted by Google.

Information we collect

When you contact the school or request a tour, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message. A tour request may also include a phone number, a child's age, and a preferred campus.

Waiting-list applications for some campuses are submitted through Google Forms, which are operated outside this website and are subject to Google's privacy policy. Waiting-list inquiries made by phone or email are handled as ordinary correspondence with the school office.

Like most websites, our servers and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited when you use this site.

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a campus tour when requested, operate and improve this website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. Submitting a contact message or tour request constitutes your consent to that use. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@richmondmontessorischool.ca or calling (204) 296‑6550. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed, or information we must retain by law.

How messages are stored

This website has no user accounts and no database of form submissions. Contact and tour messages are sent by email through Postmark to the school office at admin@richmondmontessorischool.ca. The school keeps those messages in its ordinary email correspondence. Cloudflare may keep short-lived technical logs that help operate and protect the site; those logs are not used as a contact or enrolment record.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage school operations related to your inquiry, and comply with applicable law. Contact and tour inquiry emails are ordinarily kept for up to 24 months after our last reply, unless enrolment or a legal requirement needs a longer period. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or securely dispose of it.

Service providers

We use the following service providers to operate this website and deliver related services. They process personal information only as needed to perform those services for us, and we may also disclose personal information when required by law.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides related infrastructure, including Turnstile, which helps protect our forms from automated abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Postmark delivers contact and tour-request messages to the school office at admin@richmondmontessorischool.ca. Replies are sent to the email address you provide. See Postmark's privacy policy.

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use this website. We configure advertising-related storage to remain denied. See Google's privacy policy.

Google Forms collects waiting-list applications for campuses that use an online waiting-list form. Google's privacy policy governs that collection.

Some of these providers are located in, or operate facilities in, jurisdictions outside Manitoba or Canada, including the United States. Information processed through their services may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
