Admissions

A warm welcome starts here

Enrolling is simple and personal. We'll walk beside you from your first question to your child's first day.

The process

Four gentle steps to enrolment

01

Join the waiting list

Complete our online Waiting List Application for your preferred campus. Applications are accepted year-round and considered in the order received.

02

Visit & observe

We invite you and your child to visit and observe the program during school hours, so you can see Montessori in action.

03

Confirm your spot

When a space becomes available, the registration fee confirms your child's place. Enrolment opens each March for the September school year.

04

Complete enrolment

Admission is complete once the school office has the application and deposit, the contract and post-dated cheques, and the permission form.

Questions

Good to know

A few of the things families ask us most. Have another question? We're happy to help.

What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 12 months to six years, depending on the campus. Keslar is preschool from two to six years. Taylor is toddler and preschool from 18 months to five years. Dakota and Samborski are infant and preschool from 12 months to five years.
What are your hours?
We offer full-day care (7:30 am – 5:30 pm) and half-day options – mornings 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, or afternoons 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Monday through Friday.
How does the waiting list work?
Enrolment opens each March for the upcoming September school year, but applications are accepted year-round and considered in the order received. Children may also join mid-year if a space opens.
Is there a summer program?
Yes – a Summer Program runs during the month of July and for three weeks in August.
What if we need to withdraw?
Give the school thirty days' notice. Without that notice, one month's tuition is forfeited.
Do I need Montessori experience?
Not at all. Most of our families are new to Montessori. A visit is the best way to see how it works, and we'll guide you from there.
